Brief Historical Background
“Tibud” is an Ilongo term coined to literally mean a jar full of thirst-quenching and refreshing water where everyone can access and drink through it;
Started with 29 Cooperators, Tibud SKMPC was organized and founded in November 11, 1992 and registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) in January 06, 1993 with CDA Reg. No. 2371-Dvo.
Re-registered with the CDA: Reg. No. 9520-12008158 in conformity with the amended/new Coop. Code RA9520 (Feb. 23, 2010)
